from some of the stuff I’ve read, it seems pretty clear that CTBT is NOT topical on this resolution. so for those of you who were spending time cutting CTBT, it’s time to either find good T cards or switch projects to another aff.
ban tritium, no first use, ban mininukes/tactical nukes are all great options.”
so i had about 400 pages of CTBT, fml.
(translation: the research assignment for policy debate that i’ve been working on for two months is no longer relevant.)
